Mickey was excited to help us and immediately took us to the lot where there were literally 100's of Nissan Maximas. We had stated that we were interested in a black or blue Maxima. He had both of these automobile; however, we spotted a silver one with gray interior and we loved it. MIckey let us take it for a test drive and explained all the features. When I expressed problems with the Bluetooth on my previous car, Mickey set up my Bluetooth and it works. The paperwork process was completed promply and the car was "made read " while we were dealing with the paperwork. We were driving off the lot with our new car in less than 3 hours. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Mickey got into the car with us and pointed out, again, all the features and evern set up a couple of my raidio stations. This is about the third or fourth car that we have bought at the dealership and we have always been treated fairly. More
I have bought very few new cars. Some of my friends have told horrible stories of their experiences. So, of course, I was not looking forward to dealing with a new car dealer. What a surprise I had. It was like my salesman, Ken Parsons, had been paid to insure that I was treated royally. He first demonstrated all the features of the car that made it stand out from other models and made sure that my questions or concerns were addressed. I had researched the market and was well aware of what a good competitive price would be. Ken worked with management and represented my best interests to obtain an offer that I was willing to accept and was a fair deal for all. In closing the deal, all employees gave 100 per cent to insure that I was a satisified customer. This company has incorporated all of the procedures for customer satisfaction that you would only expect to see at the luxury car dealers. They have certainly gained a life long customer. More
I called Ancira Nissan and asked to speak with a new car salesperson. I was connected to Mickey Davila. I presented him with the offer a local Mitsubishi dealer was making on a 2011 Galant, a car we weren't salesperson. I was connected to Mickey Davila. My initial contact at Ancira Nissan was David Roth via email and phone. I explained my reason for wanting to trade in my 2010 Nissan Murano and David quickly identified a vehicle that would accomplish thi email and phone. When I arrived at the dealership "Sippy" was waiting for me and was both friendly and knowledgable. We quickly identified the specific vehicle in the color that I wanted, went on a test drive, and proceeded with the process of purchasing the car. I really enjoyed the whole car buying process as both Sippy and David were very knowledgeable and did not apply any high pressure techniques to force the sale. I purchased the Murano from IPAC Nissan and had a much less favorable experience so it was a pleasant surprise to experience the professionalism of these Ancira Nissan representatives who are a credit to the organization. I will certainly highly recommend the dealership to others based on the wonderful experience I had. MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASED A ARMADA AND A TITAN IN AUGUST OF 2006 FROM ANCIRA NISSAN AND WERE TREATED LIKE FAMILY. WE WERE ROLLING A GOOD AMOUNT OF NEGATIVE EQUITY INTO OUR "NEW VEHICLES" AND STILL WALKED OU OF 2006 FROM ANCIRA NISSAN AND WERE TREATED LIKE FAMILY. WE WERE ROLLING A GOOD AMOUNT OF NEGATIVE EQUITY INTO OUR "NEW VEHICLES" AND STILL WALKED OUT PAYING LESS THAN WHAT WE HAD IN MIND AS AN EXCEPTABLE PAYMENT. WE RECENTLY RETURNED JUST TO LOOK SINCE THE WARRANTY HAD RUN OUT ON OUR ARMADA, AND WERE GREETED BY A GENTLE MAN WITH A LARGE SMILE AND A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR. This dealership has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced! In particular the SERVICE department.
