Everything was great until I picked my car up and the hood was misaligned. When I called to tell y'all, I was dismissed and was told it was pre-existing issue. That there was front end damage and there hood was misaligned. When I called to tell y'all, I was dismissed and was told it was pre-existing issue. That there was front end damage and there was something off with the latch. If that was truly the case why was this not mentioned during the inspection of the vehicle? Was not mentioned when I came to pick it up. My car was also at another shop before y'all so I did call and they inspected the same day I picked up from Toyota. They said the hinge was broke on the passenger side where all the work that was done by Toyota. Everything they did was under the car. They said it appears that a tool was left and my hood was shut causing the hinge to break. I called the MarcMac police department and Chief Robert Millen advised the prior shop too call you and talk mechanic to mechanic before and see if there could be a resolution. They didn't want to waste time calling, so they decided it would be cheaper to order the part and fix it themselves. You could check y'all's cameras and see when I brought it to you on 10/01/26 my hood was not damaged. Also, there are two other places we could request footage from that would my car not damaged after leaving Prairie Du Chien, WI shop and also when I got gas the day of coming to Anderson Toyota that my hood was aligned perfectly. I have pictures of hood misaligned and also the hinge that is clear of rust, if needed. I spent $2817.98 at Anderson and was dismissed when I called back in. I will never come back to y'all again.
