This was the first time bring my Buick Encore in for servicing. It was due for the 7,000 mile maintenance and I also had a back up camera issue. Jeremy listened to my description of the problem and assu servicing. It was due for the 7,000 mile maintenance and I also had a back up camera issue. Jeremy listened to my description of the problem and assured me they would locate the cause of the camera issues. The service techs were quick to locate the cause and correct it (turned out not to be the camera itself but something else causing the back up camera not to work properly). Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. More
