I want to say that I had my truck looked over because I took my first road trip. I loved the way it rode smooth in traffic the gas mileage was excellent!!!!!!!!!!! We just completed some significant repairs on our Ford Expedition. Angela Kraus Ford's service department is heads above the rest. They kept us informed and Chantelle was amazing. They contacted Ford for us to get a reduction in our quote due to the long term issues we have had with the vehicle that Tidwell never addressed. They completed repairs that should have taken a week and a half in 3 days as we needed our car. They went over and above and we can already tell a major difference in how our Expedition is running.
