Victor provided us with all the information we needed and was always available when we had more questions. The manager and the finance guy were also extremely polite. In general, so far, wonderful experience buying a car. More

Terrible Customer Service I purchased a truck at this dealership and was very disappointed with the severe lack of customer service. What could have been a good experience was I purchased a truck at this dealership and was very disappointed with the severe lack of customer service. What could have been a good experience was marred by their unprofessionalism, untruthfulness, and total disregard for my concern. I purchased this truck on November 6, 2017. While negotiating the deal, I told the salesperson I had my own financing. He asked me to fill out a form titled “Ford Credit”. I asked if they were going to run a credit check and the salesperson (in front of a witness) assured me that a credit check would not be performed. I later found out that a credit check was run by the dealership using my personal information. Upon contacting them they basically said “too bad, that’s our standard policy”. I contacted the salesperson with my concern and ask that they resolve the issue. I never heard from him, so I emailed the general manager of the dealership, and I was never was contacted by him. Someone in finance contacted me instead, and left me a voicemail. I was the contacted by the sales manager. He told me that he would give me a call the next day, and I have not heard from anybody in 5 days. Again, the general manager never bothered to contact me, which I initially requested and expected. Furthermore, I noticed a missing lug nut from my truck the day that I finalized the purchase and brought it to the attention of the salesperson, as well as a financing employee, and was told that it would be taken care of. This was over 2 weeks ago, and I have still have not received the lug nut. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again, and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. They clearly only care about selling cars and do not have any concern for customer service and doing business in an honest, ethical manner. More

Good price on low mileage used car. I bought a 2014 Used Ford Escape with 68000 miles. Car looks great and smells clean. It runs good. They needed to verify a recall which took a few days to figure out and it was already completed. I had to remind them of the additional key they needed to get for me. They give you a free first and fifth oil change. Nice perk for a used vehicle. Receptionist has incredible customer service skills. More

I almost enjoyed it except for the fact I was mislead and wasted a lot of time in what should've been a simple, non-negotiating "it was all finished" type transaction. He eventually caved in and did what was already agreed to but he killed joy in what should be a pleasant transaction. IF AK Ford keeps him around they deserve the outcome, and if he's family, well, that's an expensive hire! I'm hoping my salesperson was not a pawn to his game. He seemed genuine, helpful. I hope they told me truth about the vehicle, but that is still under investigation. More

Honesty would be appreciated I purchased a used Honda CRV this summer and while everyone at the dealership was friendly, I feel that my salesman was not completely honest. We star I purchased a used Honda CRV this summer and while everyone at the dealership was friendly, I feel that my salesman was not completely honest. We started working with Mark and felt that he was honest. When we returned and Cesar was the one to help us, the experience went downhill. The largest discrepancy I found was that the salesman told me that a Honda dealer wanted to buy the car from them at the same price I would be paying, which did not make sense. I understand the sales tactic of a sense of urgency, but outright lying is not acceptable. My address was entered wrong in the system, and thus the tag information was returned to the dealership. I had to personally call and track down the information about the tag a day after the temporary tag expired. I would have appreciated a call to try and get the information to me. More
