He made purchasing our car very pleasant. About a month later we received a recall notice, called the service dept., set up an appointment and the problem was fixed while we waited. He gave us a fair price and his customer service was OUTSTANDING! I would certainly drive over from AL and purchase another vehicle from him again. We will be in touch in a few years once we are ready for another car. It is a very big deal for me to actually give a car salesman a great rating. I have had some terrible experiences in the past. Our transaction was so smooth. From test drive to purchase out the door was two hours. More
