When I needed to use the maintenance agreement, I discovered that the dealership had fraudulently submitted an agreement to the warranty company that not only had I not signed, but additionally did not cover anything on my vehicle. They are completely non-responsive to telephone messages. The only way I was able to speak to somebody about this problem was to wait in their waiting area until someone from finance would speak to me. Any promises they made to correct the problem were never kept and they continued to ignore ALL telephone calls. The Georgia Attorney General's office of consumer affairs tried to assist in the resolving the problem and they chose to ignore ALL communication from the Attorney General. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ORGANIZATION I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND YOU SHOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM. More
