Check engine light came within 2 weeks A year ago, I found cute VW Jetta TDI at their dealership and it was below market value $2,500 according to "car gurus" .It has 120,000 mileage so it A year ago, I found cute VW Jetta TDI at their dealership and it was below market value $2,500 according to "car gurus" .It has 120,000 mileage so it needed to change timing belt which cost around $2,000. We knew that we have to change it and still bought it cus below market value will make up for it. After two weeks , check engine like came on and my EGR valve got a problem. I send it back to them cus it's within a month and they said they fixed it which is a total lie. They just change the software or clean the EGR valve . They didn't tell us that EGR VALUE needed to replace. So it went off like another 2 weeks and came back on again. After that, we called the dealer and they said that's not their problem anymore cus it's more than a month. So we end up fixing it by our-self wich could cost $2,500+ $2,000 for a timing belt. So it's a lemon deal.Nightmare, still not end there, after two months VW scandal come out. I bought the car from t hat dealer around $10,500 + timeing belt $2,000 + $ 2,500+ changing 4 tires and accessories $1000. I end up investing like 16,000 on it and i have to resell it back to VW now. At least VW offering$12,800 on it. Luckily I don't lose too much but their dishonesty with the EGR valve is disgusting. It pissed me off more than Volkswagen emission scandal..at least they are making it right. Don't trust this dealership. More

Bayside gives three years of oil changes along with compromising on our purchase price by giving a $500.00 credit for future service work on our vehicle. Plus they added a few more items on the vehicle for us. When making a big purchase there is a lot of stress, but Sherry and Warren made it a lot easier by not pressuring us. Sherry was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave us a demo on how things worked and answered all our questions. We hope to keep having a great relationship with Bayside of Annapolis for many years to come. I do appreciate Warren calling me and giving the "on the road price" before we went down to the dealership. After having that price, we both compromised and came up with a deal that we both could work with. More
