I had previously gotten a quote for a muffler at a different dealership but came to Bayside Nissan to have the repair done since it is close to my work. The service department rep. @ Bayside pointed out that the other dealership had made an unethical assessment of work that needed to be done on my car and saved me $$. Will only be getting my car serviced here for now on because of their honesty alone. They could have easily not said anything and charged me what I was quoted and I would not have known any better More

One of the Best experience I’ve had when buying a car Christine and Ryan did a great job helping me and my wife buying our car. We had spent all day in ad different dealership where customer experience wa Christine and Ryan did a great job helping me and my wife buying our car. We got to Bayside late that evening and they waited for us and didn’t leave until everything was complete and I drove away with my new car. Great service!! My wife and I arrived in the Annapolis area with nothing but our suitcases. Having to depend on Uber became to much of a burden. Surprisingly easy. We have purchased many used vehicles over the years, for ourselves and in helping our four children find cars. We have learned to be very cautious and never respond well to sales pressure. We need not have worried. From speaking to Amanda over the phone about a used Subaru found on the internet to being hosted by James for a test drive and price discussion, we felt that everyone was very helpful, friendly, courteous and, most of all, honest about the car we were looking at. We did purchase the Subaru we looked out, and were out the door, on our way home in, to us, a record two hours and a couple of minutes. Best car buying experience ever. More

Outstanding Service Experience This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an automobile service department. My vehicle was less than a month old when the dash screen This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an automobile service department. My vehicle was less than a month old when the dash screen went black. Although I didn’t have an appointment, I took my car to Bayside Nissan ( where I had originally purchased the vehicle) right away. It was about 9:45 am on a Saturday morning when I arrived. My salesman Jim B. Was in the show room and I explained the problem I was having. He came out and examined my car personally and then asked me to take my car around to the service department. He met me in the service department and brought out Dennis Soriano. Jim explained the problem to him. Dennis was extremely helpful. He got me set up in a rental car and told me that my car would be looked at on Monday. He mentioned that there was an engineer that was going to be there on Monday that he would have look at my vehicle. I was out the door within a half hour of arriving WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT!!! I was contacted early Monday morning to let me know that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I cannot say enough good things about this service department and dealership! They made a bad situation much easier and I can’t thank them enough! More
