Amazing!!! Bayside Nissan was there for me when I needed them the most. They have serviced my 2006 Nissan Altima for years. Unfortunately the transmission in tha Bayside Nissan was there for me when I needed them the most. They have serviced my 2006 Nissan Altima for years. Unfortunately the transmission in that car decided to stop working and I was devastated. I had to make a quick decision as to whether I was going to replace the transmission or purchase a new car. I decided to purchase a new Nissan Altima. I called Kalyn Shean (salesperson) and she found the exact car that I was looking for and more. I was looking for a basic Altima; but, ended up with a loaded Altima for a great price. I could not ask for much more. The Bayside Nissan staff from the Sales Department to the Service Department have been nothing but accommodating to me. We were able to work quickly and relatively transparently across all pieces of the process (Sales, Sales Mgr, Finance) to work something out and I drove off the lot at 11 in a new car. I appreciated their courtesy and willingness to complete the deal (even though I was willing to come back the next day). It all started with the online salesperson who was very helpful and responsive and carried forward through the whole process. It's great that when my kids describe the car, they say "I want to ride in the BAYSIDE Nissan". And I'm happy and proud to include the name of the dealer in the title of our car. More
