From the moment we walked in, there was no pressure put on us. We asked to test drive a Frontier and they told us to go to lunch in it and they would see us in a few hours. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Our salesman, Don, was very easy to work with and even walked us around the entire facility to show us around. They worked well with us and gave us a fair price on our trade-in and a good end of year price on our truck. All in all I think this is one of the best car dealers in Maryland. More
I took my 2010 Altima in for service (as always to their wonderful service department) and had some time until my ride came to get me. So I wondered out into the showroom, TOTALLY not in the market for a new car. I was looking at the 2013 Altima 3.5SL and Melissa approached me to answer any questions. I told her I didn't have any just looking, but then she offered to let me take a new Altima for a test drive. I thought...I have time what the heck. Needless to say I absolutely fell in love with the car, it handles so amazing, but again I wasn't in the market for a new car. After speaking with Melissa and then later speaking with Tedd, I knew I had to get the car. I was what I would consider a high maintenace buyer, I had a TON of question/requirements and Melissa did an amazing job answering my questions and meeting my requirements and then some! I am now the proud owner of a beautiufl 2013 Metallic Silver Altima 3.5SL....this baby is one HOT car. Working with Melissa was awesome! She is an "all in" salesperson, she will work and work to get you what you want! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I would and have recommened Sheehy Nissan of Annapolis to my family and friends! More
I visited the Annapolis store just to take a test drive of a Rogue, and was greeted by Melissa. I didn't intend to purchase a car that day--I had others I wanted to look at. Melissa took us on a drive of the car and answered all of our questions. We loved the car, but made it clear we still wanted to compare it to others. Melissa showed us comparisons of the other cars, good and bad, but never made us feel pressured to buy. We ended up purchasing the Rogue! Thanks to Sheehy for a great no-pressure experience that made us feel like we were really informed on our options. We will definitely tell our friends! More
My salesperson Yanni was the absolute best. Didn't pressure me, didnt try to sell me things that I didn't want, and really put me at ease. The financial officer Renee was extremely helpful as well. Here's the headline on the latest visit: they were about to provide poor service, but rallied and put together some great customer service. In the previous visits they have struggled. A real weak spot is arguably not very important--the "free" car washes that come with VIP club membership. They marketed this well and collected the money at the time of sales but about half the time they "can't" provide the car wash for whatever reason. During the week between Christmas 2011 and New Year's Day, probably a tough time to fully staff up, they said when I checked in that they couldn't wash the car as someone didn't come to work. I objected but they were more cranky than helpful--probably had been yelled at repeatedly that morning. I left my car there without resolution--the car needed more important routine service, and what was I to do? I picked up the DealerRater Card from the service desk countertop before I left, intending to complain about this (by the way, I had not heard of you and no one mentioned you there, but your "postcards" were prominently available). Yet, when I came back, the car had been washed, and washed well. They had called the sales operation across the street and gotten someone sent over to wash the cars--exactly the right fix for the occasion, which I very much appreciated. (Though it must be said, long-term, I don't know if they have reliably worked out this part of their operation--we'll see over time). Also, maybe more impressive, on this same visit I failed to ask for them when I dropped the car off to replace the wiper blade inserts. That afternoon, as I was about to leave with my car, I realized this, and went back in to ask to buy the inserts and do it myself at home. That's a pain, but my fault. Walt in Parts said, "Why don't I just do this for you, there's no one waiting here." It was about 10 to 5pm in a week when many people are off. He came out to my car in nasty weather, pulled off the wipers and put the inserts in for me. So, past experience notwithstanding, I received above and beyond service by two individuals in two separate parts of the operation, and that is worth noting. Thank you for this service, I hope the reviews are from trustworthy customers. More
I was very pleased with the attitude and approach of the people I dealt with. They were efficient, courteous and friendly without being pushy or aggressive. When I visited Sheehy Nissan of Annapolis, I was really unsure of the model I wanted in terms of style, comfort and affordability. Anthony met my son and I in the lot, and was genuinely friendly and interested in my meeting my needs. He asked pertinent questions which helped to narrow my focus, and patiently explained different features and options. We sat in a few vehicles, and took two for a test drive. Throughout the sales process, Anthony proved to be very knowlegeable and helpful, but maintained a low-key approach -- I didn't have to contend with any overly aggressive or disengenuous sales pitches that I've experienced at other dealerships. Anthony made me comfortable in my decison-making and selection of a 2012 Altima 3.5 SR. When it came time to discuss price, Anthony and his manager, Allison, were open-minded and provided a very reasonable price without any haggling. Allison also outlined some of my financing options, which were thoroughly explained to me by the finance manager, Russell. This was great teamwork by Sheehy! I left the dealership with a deal that exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely recommend Sheehy of Annapolis to others. More

I went back yesterday for a small adjustment to my car, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to see me. I’m no stranger to car dealerships, as the Maxima I just purchased from Sheehy Nissan was my 19th new car purchase. Having said that, I will also say that this was the easiest new car purchase I’ve ever made, and the most fun! Because of the friendly and laid back atmosphere, I never had the feeling that I was just a number. I feel confident that my relationship with these great people, and the dealership will grow. More
Nissan needs to keep salesperson, Kim Stock! She is refreshingly honest. Kim sold my husband a 2009 Altima and then in the very same day sold me a 2011 Rogue. I was not actively looking to purchase a car, however, after the experience my husband and I had earlier in the day with the purchase of his car, it made us consider the opprotunity to get us both into better vehciles! Kim was able to get me the best price possible for my trade in which was our major concern for my husband and I. She was not pushy and was very helpful! Kim even came back to Nissan that evening after getting off of work to help me get the sale of my car done (I really only wanted to deal w her since she had helped my husband and I sooo much that day)!! That was really impressive to us!! Russell was my finance guy at Nissan. He was AWESOME as well! He was able to beat my NFCU interest rate and was actively looking to help me find a cash back deal or someway to get my monthy payments down! I had signed the papers and left with my new car that night. The very next day I got a call from Russell stating he had found me an even better loan that could get my payments down even more! So i went back into the dealership signed new papers and was back out the door in 5 minutes with better monthly payments and more of my downpayment going to the principle of the car! I have NEVER in my life had such a GOOD experience at a car dealership!! THANK YOU NISSAN OF ANNAPOLIS! My husband and I will recommend this dealer to everyone we know! More
