I first visited this dealer 3 weeks before I actually made my purchase. I had been the fourth dealer I went to at the time and from the first time I walked in it was a helpful, no-stress, no-pressure env made my purchase. I had been the fourth dealer I went to at the time and from the first time I walked in it was a helpful, no-stress, no-pressure environment. Jamie, my sales rep, was set on finding me exactly what I wanted and wouldn't accept selling me a car I wasn't completely satisfied with. On my first visit, I ended up passing on a great used Nissan "fully loaded" hybrid and came back the next week only to find it sold. Little did I know that, that any fully loaded hybrid is extremely rare. After kicking myself in the butt and dealing with high pressure dealerships that only wanted to sell me a car and didn't actually care what I wanted, I returned to Sheehy Nissan of Annapolis for the third time at 8 pm at night after receiving a call from Nate Pack, another sales manager. Jamie remembered me right as I came through the door and knew exactly what I was looking for. He narrowed my selection down to 2 great used Nissan Altimas and a new 2012 Nissan Altima. Long story short, because I am in the military, I got a better price on the new Altima than I did on the used. The manager Allison Hoffman, hooked me up with a custom leather interior package for $1500 and through in an XM receiver for free. This is after they already preinstalled a custom navigation system in the car, making a relatively common car, very unique, sporty, and technical. Once I finally found the car for me, then came the financing. Due to some bad decisions, a couple failed businesses, and undeserved collections, my credit was shot. They pulled my credit and gave me an initial quote of around $500 a month for 72 months. Russell, their new financing guy, brought me in and said that he'd work with my credit and that it wasn't actually that bad. (Its a 598-- thats pretty bad). After talking me into some essential warrenties, he estimated my payments to be around $530 with a 10% apr. For a 598, that was fantastic and given that I had been denied by both of my own banks I was ready to take it. However, He said that he would work to bring it as low as possible and to come back tomorrow. (By this time is was almost midnight, three hours past closing). I agreed, and drove my new car home. AFter work the next afternoon I returned, to hear that he could get me a 5.9% rate, but there was a collections out on my report keeping the bank from agreeing and the only way they would is if I resolved it. I tried for two hours to contact the company and colletions, but couldnt even get through. I put a dispute on my report and told Russell that was the best I could do. I left to grab some food and when I got back, he called me into his office and said he worked with the bank to drop the stipulation and give me the 5.9% apr! 5.9% with a 598, you have to be the best financial rep in the world to pull that off. I signed a few more papers, they put on my tags and I was sitting in my brand new 2012 Custom Altima Special Edition S class for $26000 at 5.9%. In simple words, I don't think I would ever by a car from another dealership and would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new or used car, especially if they are in the military. No pressure, great service and great friendly people. 10/10 on every scale. -Yoshi More
We went to several dealerships and saw this one to be the best for us. So we stayed everyone was friendly and helpful. Went there to price a new vehilcle which we ended up buying (2012 Altima 3.5SR). Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful- including John the manager- in getting us what I considered a tremend buying (2012 Altima 3.5SR). Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful- including John the manager- in getting us what I considered a tremendous deal. This car is loaded! we also sold our 2007 Toyota Rav4 Limited to them at a price we were very comfortable with. Thanks to Allison the finance paperwork was a breeze and we were out of there much sooner than usual in dealing with a finance dept. Before weleft Yanni took considerable time to explain many functions of the car especially the navigation and stereo system. Learning all the capabilities of this car is going to be an ongoing process. Everyone there invited us back anytime we need further help or explanation. A really tremendous car buying- and selling- experience. More
I have been taking my 1999 Maxima to Sheehy in Annapolis for 12 years. I would say overall I have been satisfied with the work, although recently the quality of the work has diminished. However, I was the for 12 years. I would say overall I have been satisfied with the work, although recently the quality of the work has diminished. However, I was there today (08/19/11), dealt with sally, and got new brake pads and rotors. I was in and out in about 90 minutes and I felt the price was reasonable. Overall, I would recommend this dealer's service department, but some visits the service is better than others. More
Zeke never looked up from the desk or away from his computer. Just another customer. Needed warranty work explained the issues and was told there would be a diagnostic fee of over $250.00. It's warra computer. Just another customer. Needed warranty work explained the issues and was told there would be a diagnostic fee of over $250.00. It's warranty diagnostic. What gives. I paid for the Gold warranty and everything is covered. If there is a issue with coverage tell me. I can not recommend Sheehy Nissan for any service. They treat you as an irritant not a customer. They don't have to worry I see no reason to by again from them. More
I went in for a check engine light, they advised me of around $5,500 in repairs, which is fine, I have an old car that I do not believe that I will be keeping. I decided not to get the repairs, so I call around $5,500 in repairs, which is fine, I have an old car that I do not believe that I will be keeping. I decided not to get the repairs, so I called and let them know that I was going to pick my car up, they said that was fine. So i drove out there to get my car, I went into the service department and walked up to the counter. No one greeted me, much less acknowledged that I was even there. So, I said, "excuse me, I am here for my car". Finally Zeke looked up and said, "name". So I gave my name, he then told me to go around the corner to pay. So I walked around the corner, and the lady at the counter could not find my ticket, so she told me that I needed to go to the service counter. So, I returned to the service counter and informed Zeke that she did not have my ticket, so he again said "name". I gave him my name again and he said they did not know where my car was. I was then instructed to sit and wait. So I sat down in the waiting area, about 20 minutes later, Zeke came out and said that my car was ready. I went and paid the 100+ diagnostic fee and asked where my car was. The lady behind the counter said she did not know. So instead of going back to burden Zeke with another inconvienient "customer", I went to find my car. It was not out front so I had to walk back through the service department, and out the technician's door. It's a good thing Zeke did not care that someone was just walking around in the service department, or he may have offered to help me. I see my car in the back lot, tag in window and muddy paper mat in my floor, so I walked their trash to the trash can and drove off of the lot. This was my FINAL trip to this dealership, and I would not recommend anyone else going here for service. More

It only had power and a radio. No bells no whistles. I was 1 day away from coming to sign and pick up my car when I was told it didnt include taxes and tags. I had spoken just the day before to a Shawn Ricker who insured that the above price was out the door cash....price... This is a very good dealership I bought a Nissan frothier and they gave me a deal that I was willing to pay for. This is my 4th Nissan I bought I will keep on buying them. When I entered, I was immediately greeted by Shawn Olsen. He was friendly, kind, and worked hard to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. He did not try to push me into something which I was not interested. He presented himself well, explained the "Sheehy Difference", and was eager to help without being a pushy salesman. Quality of Work N/A: No work was performed by the service department during my visit Friendliness 5/5: I have already mentioned that Shawn was great, but in addition the rest of the staff at Sheehy was also outstanding. The sales manager also got involved because we had some difficulty finding the right vehicle in stock. He went out of his way to get a vehicle from another Nissan dealership brought over and inspected to be "certified used" at no cost to me. The Finance manager stayed after hours and got me an incredible interest rate that was lower than my credit union. All employees worked hard to get me the deal without complaint and while wearing a smile. Overall Experience 5/5: In the past 11 years I have purchased 12 vehicles. My experience at Sheehy was the best yet. I truly feel that I was the one that left with a good deal and not the other way around. So many times it seems that there is a battle between the dealership and the buyer. That was not the case with Sheehy Nissan, Annapolis. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new/used car. Price 5/5: Negotiation on price for my trade and purchase was absolutely painless. I did not have to deal with the constant back and forth with my salesman running to the manager. I was given more than KBB on my trade and was also given a deep discount off the advertised "internet price" of the used truck. Thanks again, I hope this review brings a new customer to Shawn Olsen and I hope they have as great of an experience as I had. Regards, Justin More
Wendi is an asset to this dealership. We had visited 3 previous Nissan dealerships and none of them took the time she took to thoroughly explain what "certified" meant as well as all the features of the c previous Nissan dealerships and none of them took the time she took to thoroughly explain what "certified" meant as well as all the features of the car we were looking at. She is extremely knowledgable about the different models and engines and we felt she was very honest. The men that we worked with through financing were polite enough, however we felt that they did not answer specific questions without having to be asked several times. We felt as though we were being played with, when it came to the numbers regarding the financing of the vehicle. In the end we were satisfied with the deal that we got from this dealership. More
