That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. I am familiar with your situation and would offer the you the following explanation for your experience. At Sheehy, we have a "Low Price Guarantee" policy that states that if you as a prospective customer, shop and find a lower price offered by a competitor on an identically equipped new automobile, we'll either match that price or we'll pay you $4000 for your trouble. For this to apply however, you must present us with a bonafide sales offer in writing and only in writing, verbal offers are not considered valid. In your particular situation, our Sales Manager, Mr. Shawn Ritter, informed you that we would not only match our competitors pricing but would in fact best that price, which he was prepared to do once you complied with our "low price guarantee" policy, and provided us with the competive price quote in writing. To my knowledge, we have yet to receive any "written" competive offer from you, only a verbal one. If you're still in the market for a new Nissan, I would be happy to personally assist you and if you happen to have my competitors written sales offer, please forward it to me and I'll gladly honor it. First off that is the biggest lie ever. I was NEVER told that my offer from the glen Burnie sheehy had to be in writhing until right now. As you said glen Burnie can see the offer to me from you on the internet you could also see there's. Why can't you just admit that you guys lied to me and were going to take complete advantage of me when I got there to sign the agreement,just like the glen Burnie said you would. I would rather pay double from anywhere else then to get a car from you guys, even a apology that was sincere would have gone along way. But instead you guys I guess felt that my satisfaction as a cash paying customer was not worth your time. I will continue to let as many people as possible know just how you guys operate. Ms. Hoover - I do not believe that you were lied to, that is not how we do business. I do, however, believe that there was a misunderstanding somewhere along the lines of communication and to the extent any of my employees played a part, I offer you my sincerest apologizes. I know the folks at our Glen Burnie store very well and work with them on a daily basis. I can't imagine why they would ever say something like that and find those inflamitory comments disturbing. We value all of our customers and we strive each and every day to meet their expectations, and whenever possible, exceed them. I am truely sorry that your experience here at Sheehy Nissan of Annapolis was not reflective of this. Im not going to keep goin back and forth, I still haventhe email from. The gb store saying you guys would take advantage of me. Glad I was smart enough to not allow that, I purchased my car on the same day I would have bought the car from you had you have kept your word. As a matter of fact my coworker bought the exact car from the same place as me. Jack says yes.com. paid what I wanted and she was just as happy.
