They should be fired for how they treat their customers let alone the vehicles they sell. Be very careful buying from them. Look your car over and dont be afraid to ask about something that looks bad. I thought mine needed to be washed so i didnt think anything of it. Now when i contact them about it, im getting the run around and its dragging out. I had another dealer look at it and they knew right away what it was. They even gave me a written statement that said in good faith the selling dealer needs to make the situation right. More
On 12/17, I dropped my car off because the clutch stopped working mid-shift. On 12/20, the Service Advisor told me that the clutch assembly had failed and that it would be $3500 between parts and labor (unbe working mid-shift. They then proceeded to say nothing to me for nearly 2 full weeks until I started calling them on 12/30. I was told on 2 separate occasions that someone would be getting back to me shortly, which did no occur. On the morning of 12/31, I called a third time and asked to speak to the service manager, who was able to call me back in 15 minutes "that they had been waiting for a part" and that it had arrived that morning and was on the car at that moment and then he would call me back when my vehicle was repaired. No additional call was made by the dealership about the status of my car. I made the decision to arrive at the dealership in the early afternoon to either get my vehicle or get some sort of transportation to enable me to get to work the following week. When I arrived, I was told that my vehicle was ready (again, without as much as a phone call from the dealership). Upon reviewing the invoice due to the absurd price and requested all parts, which they were able to provide after noticeable concern on their part; upon inspection, both the clutch and the flywheel appeared in good condition; the only failed part was the Clutch Actuator Cylinder pipe (GM Part #55484676), a part that is external to the transmission and costs less than $30. If they had properly diagnosed this issue, the repair likely would have cost less than $500, even at the quoted $179/hour technician rate. This is despite telling them that there was no apparent degradation of the clutch itself before its sudden failure (i.e. odor, mushy feel). Based on the expensive mis-diagnosis, the absurd hourly pricing (nearly double what is billed by engineering firms for highly skilled, degreed labor), and the lack of communication over a two week period, I will never be using their services again, and will recommend anyone I interact with to look elsewhere for any repairs they may need. You can get a good deal on a vehicle, however steer clear of getting your vehicle serviced there. Service department is incompetent and you have to figure out their job for them. Brand new 70,000 truck with a part malfunction that they have not yet recalled took over 2 weeks to fix, no updates on when it would be ready we had to call and check continuously, just to come pick up the vehicle after us having to call again to hear oh yeah its ready and try to be charged for a bunch of service that was one covered and under warranty and two the truck had 3,000 miles and didnt need an oil change. Was told we had to pay for service we didn’t ask for nor the trucked needed the person originally said they didn’t know what the charge was for but we had to pay. Then had to talk to managers while our children one being under one years old-were cold outside for them to figure it out -only figured out after we had to explain it to them. Vehicle wasn’t washed. No apologies or compensation offered. Took over an hour to pick up a truck that was “ready” and had uneeded maintenance performed on it that they tried to charge for. The lack of accountability and knowledge for their jobs is unbelievable. My family has bought many vehicles through them and referred many people to them- we will now be telling people to steer clear. Especially if they need their vehicle serviced. They were really good a few years back, I dont know if they have new management or what the issue is but we will no longer be dealing with them. Very disappointing More

Crooks, the lot of them. I purchased a Bolt EV with an extended warranty because I was told I could cancel the extended warranty before 60 days and I would be refunded. We spent a lot of back and forth trying to get my monthly payment as low as possible. The extended warranty added $40 a month to my payment, which is a lot of money as a full-time college student. Well, it turns out that even if I cancel the warranty, my monthly payment will not go back to what it was before. That should have been made clear. I'm cancelling the warranty immediately and am now EXTREMELY unsatisfied with my experiences with AV Chevy, namely James in finance. James, my mother may have upset you by implying you weren't trustworthy, but it turns out she was right. More
Our truck has been at this dealer for seven days for repairs and absolutely nothing has been done. Have not heard from the service department in two days. If the truck had not broke down on the freeway repairs and absolutely nothing has been done. Have not heard from the service department in two days. If the truck had not broke down on the freeway it would have gone to the dealer in Palmdale. Also they over charge for their so called inspection fees by by $25.00. We have AAA for 50 years and I will be calling them to tell them the shouldn’t recommend this dealership to their customers. More
I went in to sell my 2017 GMC Sierra Crew Cab SLE low mileage and in excellent condition. Customer service was nice but they lowballed the crap out of my truck by $10,000 when a man named Jack came to gi mileage and in excellent condition. "Oh well KBB is an illusion and shouldn't be used" "Oh the semi conducter problem is being solved so your truck is going to lose more value". He was trying to make me feel like rushing to sell my truck. Even told him Carvanna will give me more money for my truck and he looked shocked. I just told them to give me back my keys and left. Funny thing is they told me this is probably the best condition a person has ever brought in a vehicle. My recommendation is don't trust these crooks as one they don't care about KBB value and false advertise that they pay top dollar for vehicles. They wanted to buy my truck and make 20k profit off of me. BUYER AND SELLER BEWARE!!!! More

If I could give zero stars I would. Non-stop lying from their sales and managers and when you catch them in a lie all they could do is give you a blank stare.
