My problem was not the time of service but later. They damaged a part and ordered a new radio. I called to check on the parts and they had the damaged panel and Chrysler said no to the new radio. They want me to bring the car in and leave it for a day and a half. If I didn't call l would have not known what was going on. No loan car wile they have my car. Very disappointing. This will be the 4th radio. More

Every time I leave this place there is some new dashboard light triggered for a reason for me to go back. It's so punctual it's comical.
