Shady service department Brought my 2014 town n country 2 months ago no power steering, no power while the car is driving just cut out. The technicians could not figure out what it was they had the contact Chrysler engineers the engineers said they figured out the problem within a month and a 1/2 2 months Van start acting up again SAME ENGINE CODE AS LAST TIME we brought it back in and they said it was because of the battery cables being corroded if that was the case they would a been corroded 2 months ago and then they said they were loose the last personal work on my Van was the Dodge technician and you have to disconnect the battery before you start working on it and he should a notice to cables were bad and if they are loose the tech didn't tighten them down now they're just trying to con more book time out of me. WHEN WE BROUGHT IT IN 2 MONTHS AGO IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY NOW ITS NOT. THATS WHY THE CABLES ARE BAD NOW AND NOT BACK THEN More
