I had an appointment with my truck for oil change, swapping all weather tires with snow tires and front tire alignment as recommended by Frank. My experience could not have been better. Terry ferried me home and back to the dealership while my truck service was being performed. It's always a pleasure to see him. Frank kept me posted on progress and went out of his way to assure my truck was washed, settings were back in place and gages were reset to reflect the oil change. I also appreciate the multi-point inspection and fluid top-off. Please extend due recognition to Frank, Steve and Terry for top notch customer service. While Steve wasn't assigned as my service manager, he was still very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The only downside was that I did not see our sales representative Angelo as he was not in at the time of my appointment. Thank you ACDJR!! More
