Frank in service was great. The diesel tech? Incompetent to say the least. I was left high and dry with a truck that doesn’t start. And after collecting their 4k dollar bill, i The diesel tech? Incompetent to say the least. I was left high and dry with a truck that doesn’t start. And after collecting their 4k dollar bill, i was told they do not have the knowhow to fix my problem. Not to mention, the tech forgot to re install my auxiliary fan, and did not take ownership when question. So now, I’m stuck with a fan that needs to be replaced, and truck that still hard starts/no starts. No better off than i was nearly a month ago, 4k in the hole, and a new CP3 that did not need to be replaced. Really unfortunate for a Dodge dealership! More
I wasn’t happy I had to come back 3 times for the same thing. The second time I asked if this doesn’t work the what? I was told this was the problem and it would be resolved. Less than two weeks and over$ thing. The second time I asked if this doesn’t work the what? I was told this was the problem and it would be resolved. Unethical and untrustworthy. Took vehicle to Palmen in Kenosha the next day and had warranty work completed under my maxicare plan. I brought my vehicle into Antioch for a warranty issue that I clearly stated and Frank took it upon himself to go through my vehicle looking for other work and tried to care me a couple hundred for diagnostics that I did not authorize. Will never return to this dealership. More
