Bought a 2022 ram 2500 and drive shaft completely snapped with 2900 miles on truck. Was told this dealership has no diesel mechanic and to take somewhere else. Truck has been down for a week and no drive sha with 2900 miles on truck. Was told this dealership has no diesel mechanic and to take somewhere else. Truck has been down for a week and no drive shafts in sight to replace mine on $80k truck. First Ram I’ve ever bought and regret not going with a GM product. Sale took 6 hours , nice people but 1 month later I’m with out a truck and no help. More
