I have been there for 3 appointments with the same problem which is still not fixed. At the last appointment I specifically asked for the tires to be inflated to 33 PSI and was assured that they were problem which is still not fixed. At the last appointment I specifically asked for the tires to be inflated to 33 PSI and was assured that they were when I left. That was a lie. When I left and checked, none of the tires had been inflated during the appointment, all were below 33 with one 29. So, the next time I started it, the weather was colder and the tire underinflation alert came on. I was furious about being lied to and having to go elsewhere to inflate them. More

Not complaining; just explaining... It’s a win win situation. For the consumer to have a vehicle and for the reps to earn an income etc as a first timer, there was a lot of back and forth with conflic situation. For the consumer to have a vehicle and for the reps to earn an income etc as a first timer, there was a lot of back and forth with conflicting information beyond our initial POC’s Control. Friendly environment. Professionalism. Was treated nicely. but I was aggravated. I almost walked away. My documents are not in harmony with what the projected outcome for me will be. I don’t feel like a winner. I hope to be proven wrong. More
