Had an issue with my jeep. Made an appointment and took my car in. No codes showed. Said to bring it in a few days later so they could do a deep investigation. . Brought it back. After dropping off the my car in. No codes showed. Said to bring it in a few days later so they could do a deep investigation. . Brought it back. After dropping off the 2nd time, I got a call 4 hours later saying no codes were showing and had to explain that I was told they were doing a thorough check. 20 minutes later my car was done. So I paid $150 for them to pull codes and spend two of my days without a car. More

Brought car in for service a week later car was undriveable maybe due to lack of service I requested im unsure. I asked for a diagnostic and a oil change wasn't charged for the oil change although undriveable maybe due to lack of service I requested im unsure. I asked for a diagnostic and a oil change wasn't charged for the oil change although sticker inside my car said it was done. A week in half later some how my car over heated and I took it somewhere that said I had no oil and possible messed up engine. I Brought it back and they discovered they never did the oil change due to the filter and now obviously they didn't do a thorough inspection because I did have some type of Crack in my engine. So I totally wasted my money here and because of missed diagnostic I now have to find a new vehicle its not drivable I'm totally disappointed! More
