The salesman was great. The finance department is very sketchy. Wasn't happy that we said no to all the warranties. Called and told us they found a lower interest rate. We said no thanks, we plan on refi sketchy. Wasn't happy that we said no to all the warranties. Called and told us they found a lower interest rate. We said no thanks, we plan on refinancing through our credit union. Was told we had to come back in because she deleted our contract because she believed we would accept the new interest rate. Went in a second time and was appreciative of lower rate. Was given a box of car wash supplies and told, wash you car and come on in to get sprayed. Thought it had something to do with the box she had given us. Nothing else was mentioned. Sign the contract, which is no longer printed out at the time of purchase. Your given a key looking thing which it is saved on and you print it out at home. I mentioned to the finance mgr,that the lower interest rate didn't seem to make the monthly payment lower. She said the old one was 574.00, and I thought it was 508.00. Of course she didn't have a copy of the contract. We went home and printed out the first contract, we still had the key, and the second contract. On the second contract they added 995.00 . All it said was, "dealer installed." No idea what it was. Went right back to the dealership, furious. The business manager said, "That's the spray I was talking about." At no time did she elaborate on what it was or tell us 995.00 would be added to the contract. The business said thst her boss told her, "Since they got a good deal, add the Zurtech (under coating spray." She said the 995.00 was half price for our inconvenience for coming back in. So, for our inconvenience they tried to slip in 995.00 extra on the contract. It would have been one thing if it was on the original contract and the reduced the price on the second contract, but it wasn't. We hot a really good deal on a jeep with a low interest rate and we refused all the warranties, so they tried to scam us by trying to add 995.00 quietly to the contract to get something out of us. I will never go there again. More
