Mike Forti was very helpful and transparent throughout my process of leasing a Jeep. It seems like some systems in place there are pretty dated though -- I spent over three hours sitting around for paperwork process of leasing a Jeep. As soon as I pulled into the service center I was greeted and escorted into the office. Jennifer took a quick look at the vehicle and determined that it would be a day or two of work and explained if I neede and escorted into the office. In the meantime I was impressed with the waiting area very clean and fully stocked. 5 mins later my rental was there and Sean the mechanic servicing my vehicle called me several times that day to keep me aware of what was going on and even repaired my vehicle same day absolutely amazing job.
