Since I've moved near this location two years ago I must say I have no complaints with the service of there dealership. If anything could be improved on it would be how you drop your vehicle for service. I say I have no complaints with the service of there dealership. Anwerpen had my car for 2 days and did nothing. I took it to Heritage and they identified the problem and fixed it. I dont understand how Antwerpen couldn't diagnose my problem like heritage did. I loved my experience at Antwerpen. I had made a late appointment due to my work hours and not once did they complain. They closed at 9pm but were nice enough to stay late to get me taken care of.
