The service department really made me upset. They charge astronomical fees for basic services.... seriously go else where for your oil changes! The mechanics and customer service reps don't communicate and I always have to call THEM to find out the status of my vehicle. I was not happy with the way they treated my car or my family. It took way too long for them to complete a repair and made a bad situation worse by not communicating with me. The turnover rate for the staff is very high. Every few months it seems there's a whole new staff! More
