I had an extremely unprofessional experience at this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone. From the General Manager (M. Mitchell), Sales Manager (M.Jones) and Service Consultant (Ryan F), this business needs restructuring and new staff. Ryan attempted to overcharge me by $200 and I was referred to the new car Sales Manager, Mike Jones. Mike agreed that I was overcharged and laughed, then he stated “Well just like we’re in the business of selling vehicles, they’re in the business of selling services “. I couldn’t believe he said that and I should have taken my vehicle then because it got worse after that. My vehicle was there from the beginning of June until the second week in November and my vehicle still needs repairs! And the General Manager had the audacity to be extremely rude to me on the morning of the day I picked up my vehicle. I even reached out to Mike Antwerpen before the situation spun out of control and he promised to call me back, but never did!
