I buy the oil change package from you guys. I have had problems on top of problems with either getting an oil chamge or having issues with my car after an oil change. I travel from OVER 100 miles to come to this dealership for my oil changes because you use to have great customer service. The woman (Jennifer)in the office has been the one taking my jeep and the first time she took my jeep I was on my way back home and my brakes wouldn’t stop my vehicle unless I was touching the floor. I had to take it into the mechanic in my town and they said it looked like my brake line was cut. I still have my brake line in my vehicle. Also the last time this same female took my vehicle again and now I am having issues with the jeep reviving high and there is a vibration in the front end. They have stopped vacuuming my vehicle afterwards (which they did before) I have decided to go another dealership. I tried to speak with the GM but he wasn’t available a few times and I am over it! I told my friends about this dealership before and they started going but now we are all feeling like we would rather spend our money elsewhere . The new guy with the red beard has told me several times he couldn’t get me in for an oil change I would go early or midday, knowing I drove a long way. when I walk in he mysteriously has to make a call or has to answer the phone. If I could give a negative I would. More
