Price on the car was fair and the trade in value was also fair. The only problem was that after making the deal in which I was paying cash it took over 45 minutes to make it to Brenda. Not sure why that is the case. More

TERRIBLE This has been the most backwards, negative car-buying experience of my life. You talk to 4 different people, they all tell you something different. Th This has been the most backwards, negative car-buying experience of my life. You talk to 4 different people, they all tell you something different. Then they change their answers, forcing you to forward past emails stating something different. All they can tell you is they will “investigate,” but every “investigation” has a different answer. It takes 5 people to get anything done. Over a month later, and STILL CANT GET A RESOLUTION. This has been a nightmare, they can have the Jeep back at this point. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. The only positive I have to add is Rose, she connects to people so easily and you can tell she genuinely cares. More
