Great buying experience There are a lot of Jeep dealerships in Baltimore, and when I visited some of them on my own, without price shopping beforehand, I got the run around.. There are a lot of Jeep dealerships in Baltimore, and when I visited some of them on my own, without price shopping beforehand, I got the run around....promotions that weren't honored, costs not disclosed until I got to a settlement sheet, etc......the stuff we car buyers hate. After I knew exactly the model and features I wanted, I went to www.truecar.com for a quote, and got not only the quote, but a list of Baltimore Jeep dealers who were supposed to honor the quote. After checking with each of those dealers, the only dealer that fully honored the quote was Antwerpen. All the other dealers tried to add additional costs, except for Antwerpen. They told me they would honor the True Car quote, and they did, without adding a penny more, even though they had to obtain the vehicle I wanted from another location. Everything they promised to do, they did! I worked with Maurice Mitchell (Sales Manager) and Charles Green (Internet Sales Manager) and I would highly recommend both. I had an A+ buying experience and would encourage any others interested in buying a Jeep to work with them. More
