Staff that does not care. Technically poor to diagnose the issue. Takes a long time (2 weeks) to diagnose an issue which the other dealer did in less than 8 hours. If one advisor is out sick, no other advisor covers for them on the issue and calls back. They denied having an issue because I did not get in writing what the other advisor said in person. Delivered the car as all fixed and when I started, there was a check engine light and they never informed. Way too many issues with the service department here.
