HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY

This Dodge dealership damaged my dashboard during an airbag recall job and decided to do nothing while being rude and firing people that i talked to. I scheduled my truck for a airbag recall on march 27, 2020 at 7:30am. I just purchased my truck from a dealership a week prior with no damages to the dashboard and have pics. after the job was done they left my car dirty with debris and screws all over the floor. then i noticed large cracks on the dashboard. i went inside and asked michael shreve to speak to someone about it and was shrugged off and left standing there while several people walked by saying nothing and joking around in the service bay. the service manager charles braunlich finally came up to me immediately saying, "are you the guy with high mileage older truck?" I don't understand why that needed to be said or why are you discriminating already from the beginning. I showed him the cracks and he immediately started backtracking and finding ways to avoid having to fix it. Getting attitude, xxxxxxx his teeth, rolling his ideas, slamming my truck door. I got frustrated with him and demanded to talk to a higher up. I was told to talk to James Walker who i found out later was fired days later. I wonder why but it seems very suspicious. James walker gave me promises of fixing my truck and then was let go. I then talked to Jeff Kates who's the general sales manager and he reached out to Jon lefko the general manger that i was told he talked to charles braunlich and the technician that worked on my truck and decided to do nothing about the situation. never called me to discuss the matter. i then reached out to jeff lefko and he was very arrogant and cocky and had the nerve to say i don't need to call you. my guys been with me for 35 years and i trust them and i don't trust you. i said so they don't make mistakes and he again said i trust my guys. a general manager talks to customers like this is ridiculous. i called dodge corporate and reported this matter. My truck was damaged by this dealership. No accountability, no integrity, nobody took ownership and it starts from upper management down. I will never go to this dealership ever again. They can offer me a 2020 fully loaded dodge ram for $20 and i wouldn't take it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
