thought was to just bring my trade in for a comparison to see whether I was getting a fair market trade for my vehicle from other dealerships. Well, not only was the offer signifigantly better than the other 2 dealerships I went to, it was also too high to say no to. Additionally, there was no pressure from anyone here saying I had to buy or they were offering this or that. We basically were a few car guys talking about our appreciation of good cars over the years and what I was wanting to purchase.
When I took the vehicle for a test drive the salesman let me actually drive the vehicle as I would if it was mine... IE: take it through its paces, Not to the point of beating on it, but to see if it is what the actual performance would be like... 54 miles on the OD so it was test drove a few times. got to open her up on the highway and was impressed.
We chatted a bit and I think it was running late so left things hanging with the premise of if I would be approved for finiancing and to give them 24hours to get me the best rates possible. Fast forward 2 days, No harrassing phone calls in the meantime and when I finally did get a phone call, I was told they got me approved and what my payment would be. So, off I go back to the dealership, check out the car in the day again (still not having signed anything) and decided everything looked good in the daylight as it did at night under the lights.
So, basically, I signed all the paperwork and drove away that evening with my new car.
Came back 5 days later for my tags as they were in already, and the GM (his name escapes me) had a sales person take car into service and get the tech to put my tags on for me (was close to quitting time so was pleasantly surprised they did that)IE: had to install the front plate bracket etc.... Got title in mail a couple weeks later and well, was a error on it... went back to the dealership and handed it over to them and was told they would take care of it as it should not have had said info on it (title). Once the MVA straightened it out, the dealership Overnighted the corrected title to me instead of my having to travel to them.
Overall, this car buying experience has been the BEST experience I have ever had and I would recommend this dealship if you are in the market for a Dodge. Though buyers beware, do your research prior to deciding what you want to buy, and make sure you get 3-5 estimates on the value of your trade from different dealerships (including this one) and you will be pleasantly surprised and impressed with how they treat you and take care of you the customer.
As of this time I have not dealt with Service though will have my first experience with them next week for a oil change. 1400 miles and 3 months and car looks perfect and has had no problems whatsoever.
What I bought was a 2012 Dodge Challenger
