HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP Antwerpen is by far the absolute worst dealership we have ever dealt with and we have been to our fair share of dealerships! We spent hours there wait Antwerpen is by far the absolute worst dealership we have ever dealt with and we have been to our fair share of dealerships! We spent hours there waiting and waiting which was just poor customer service. When it came time for the numbers game this is where it got bad. Salesman, sales manager, and general manager all involved and all were horrific. Finally spoke with the GM thinking it would get better and it was only worse! We were so disrespected by everyone. They could have cared less if we bought the vehicle. Also, they are liars and scammers! They tried to throw in extra fees and warranties without even talking with us but saying that is the final price. They were cocky, arrogant, and had major attitude problems if you questioned anything they were doing. And something funny that happened while we were there was they ended up losing a car and couldnt find it anywhere! I hope someone took it! Maybe if they were a little more professional as a dealership, things like that wouldnt happen! I could go on and on about our horrific experience with them but pretty much I just want to warn anyone to NOT go there. Thankfully we did not give them our service and we will gladly pay a little bit extra for a car at any other dealership! More

Awesome Customer Service!! I worked with many different sales personnel at this dealership. All of them were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They seemed to care about ou I worked with many different sales personnel at this dealership. All of them were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I was followed up on occasionally throughout my car buying process, but did not feel pressured by Antwerpen. I appreciated them staying well past closing time to see this deal through! When my wife walked in looking at a Acura RLX for $20,964 by the time they added a Maryland state inspection fee of 2500 then tax of 1400 you start to see how it is going. We were asked to sign a piece of paper with a blue Sharpie by her salesman Corey. Then no one could seem to show us the math until we got back in the finance managers office Lenny. That's where he verbally broke it down that we were being charged a $2,500 Maryland inspection fee. As you look at the car guru ratings you see dozens of the same results. BUYER BEWARE . We were not ripped off because we walked out but I will be reporting this to the maryland attorney-general. Sorry Jack Antwerpen someone has to fix this More
