He proceeded to work a deal with the finance manager to set the cash required for the car at the price I said I would pay but essentially gave me $0 for my trade-in, which should have been valued between $4,000 and $5,000, according to the Kelley Blue Book. I signed the papers before I realized what happened. My inattention to detail cost me several thousand dollars, but Greg was happy to pull the wool over my eyes. When I went back the next day to complain, all I got was a "sorry - we can't undo the deal". More

I even got a confirmation text on my cell. When I reached there, the service manager told me that their mechanics don't work between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm. What a waste of time. I can understand that they also need to eat but they could have had someone in rotation to make the business going. Or else, they could have blocked those times so that we won't be able to make an appointment during that time interval. More
