I scheduled this appointment a week in advance because I was told the mud guards needed time to arrive. On the appointment day, I dropped off my vehicle at 7:15 AM and was told the work would take about thr was told the mud guards needed time to arrive. Throughout the day, I called five times for updates and was repeatedly told the car was not ready. I also made two additional calls that were transferred to my service advisor, but he did not answer and both calls were disconnected. Around 6:00 PM, a staff member placed me on hold for nearly 15 minutes, then said she would call me back with an update — but never did. Due to the lack of communication, I went to the dealership in person. Only then was I told the car was ready. When I picked up the keys, the staff had just learned that the mud guards had not arrived, and the installation was not completed, despite the part being scheduled well in advance. This experience reflects poor communication, lack of follow‑through, and significant inconvenience for a customer who had to take time off work for this appointment More

On March 20, 2026, I brought a Toyota RAV4 Woodland @Antwerpen Toyota in Clarksville, MD. My buying experience was completely coordinated by Mr. JC Villeda, a highly professional and knowledgeable salesperson. I approached JC because I have purchased several cars over many years with him and I know how wonderful he is to work with when making a new car. I initiated my car buying journey with JC on March 2, 2026, when I put a down payment on a 2026 Toyota RAV4 Woodland. I flew up from a family vacation in Florida, where my 2019 RAV4 was involved in a crash which resulted in a total loss. I needed a new car in a super compressed timeframe because my family was “stranded” at our vacation rental back in Florida. Our vacation rental was due to expire on March 31, 2026. JC understood my time pressure and worked diligently to find the right Toyota RAV 4 to meet the needs of me and my family in the timeframe required. Together, we reviewed the inventory of Toyota cars that were scheduled for March 2026 delivery at his dealership in Clarksville, MD. I selected the Toyota RAV4 Woodland. With my new car purchase initiated and a tentative delivery window established, I flew back to Florida to rejoin my family knowing I was in great hands with JC. At every step of the way, JC keep me informed as my new car traveled by rail from the Toyota assembly plant in Ontario, Canada. Once my new Toyota was safely arrived at Toyota’s Central Atlantic Distribution Center near Glen Burnie, MD, I flew back to Maryland on March 19, 2026, expecting my new car to arrive withing a week. On March 20, 2026, JC contacted me with the news of my car arrival. Later that day, JC and I completed the paperwork for my new car purchase! On March 22, 2026, my new car and I boarded Amtrak’s Autotrain bound for Sanford, to Florida. I am sincerely grateful for my professional relationship with JC Villeda. JC made my entire buying experience at Antwerpen Toyota a true pleasure! More

My experience of buying my new Tacoma at Antwerpen Toyota was outstanding. J.C. Villeda (sales gentleman) was professional, attentive to my needs and kept me "in the loop" via text/phone messages every step was outstanding. J.C. Mike Burchick in the service department was also very professional and attentive to my needs and requests. Mark in the parts department was also courteous and professional as he was able to get the requested additional parts installed before I drove my truck off the lot. Everyone there worked in unison as a well oiled machine. A pleasant experience. I will go there again when it is time to buy another car. More

We have been impressed with Yomi's knowledge about the vehicles he sells --as well as the process-- and his honest and candid approach. From our first sit-down, through the purchasing process, to the installation of our permanent tags and the handover of our vehicle's registration, it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with him. We are very happy with our purchase of a new 2025 Toyota Camry from Antwerpen Toyota. This is the fifth vehicle we have purchased from Antwerpen since 1990 and the third we have purchased with the help of Camry from Antwerpen Toyota. This is the fifth vehicle we have purchased from Antwerpen since 1990 and the third we have purchased with the help of sales rep J.C. Villeda. I loved my 2012 Avalon (also purchased from J.C. at Antwerpen) but I thought it was time to modernize. I set up an appointment to test drive a 2025 Camry hybrid. I was used to the power of the V6 in the Avalon, but was pleasantly surprised at the pep of the Camry Hybrid. I was fussy about the color and interior, and electric seat, but J.C. was able to custom order the car to my specs. I love the comfort, pep, and drivability of the Camry LE. And my wife loves the Toyota app for my phone where I can remotely start the engine and lock or unlock the doors. The screen displays my favorite music, sports, and news FM & Sirius stations, and provides a great view when I'm backing up. All sorts of nice safety features are now standard, including blind spot monitor. A great car at a great price. I highly recommend Antwerpen and J.C. Villeda in Sales!! More
