I received a call from this dealership (Antwerpan) about trading in my 2014 Toyota They said they could keep our payments the same "or lower" and I received a call from this dealership (Antwerpan) about trading in my 2014 Toyota They said they could keep our payments the same "or lower" and put my wife into a brand new 2017 with everything the same - including the color I was very doubtful and just thought it was a sales tactic I said I was coming in for service anyway and if he (Todd) wanted to make a deal have it ready for me At the last minute my wife wanted to add 4 wheel drive for safety reasons as she is now driving our grandsons around Todd and team did everything he said he would and even added in the 4 wheel drive In addition, the finance guy (Phillip) was able to have us skip a full month until the new payment was due! I happened to see Jack (the owner and the guy with the white glasses) walking around and I just had to tell him what an awesome team he has which comes from his leadership no doubt My experience was awesome and painless and now my wife is driving a new 2017 with an added safety feature Tom M. Excellent experience buying a new Tacoma pickup. Dealership had all the candidate models of the Tacoma in stock. They had all of the information about their vehicles on-line and that information was Dealership had all the candidate models of the Tacoma in stock. They had all of the information about their vehicles on-line and that information was completely up to date and accurate. They handled all of our financing, after purchase minor service items (finish coating, plates, etc.) promptly and knowledgeably. The dealer hours were perfect for our schedule which was critical since we had to buy it on fairly short notice. Our salesman, Todd Sennet, was very approachable and easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the Tacoma line. We described what we wanted to use it for and why we had tentatively selected the TRD sport 4x4. He listed off the features we should have and confirmed that this model matched our interest. He was very gracious in adjusting his schedule to fit ours both on the night we came to test drive the vehicle and the following night when we came to pick it up. When we test drove the vehicle he guided us through some of the features and was very expert in every aspect of the vehicle. He also expanded on what the tow package entailed - beyond the data that was available on line. The night we needed to pick up the vehicle, he came in that evening even though he had been scheduled to be off just so he could work with us to complete the purchase. At one point, I was not clear about wanting the ball hitch adapter included and later I mistakenly spoke with service about getting a towing hitch installed - which would have been way overkill and not at all appropriate. Todd noticed the service request and alerted the service department that this was not what we needed and fixed the problem. When I returned to pick up the vehicle after getting the protective coatings applied and the hitch installed, Todd met me and handed me the ball hitch adapter. He went to the extra effort to look out for us and treated us extremely well. Kudos Todd! More

This is my 5th and 6th Toyota from Antwerpen Toyota and I have referred 5 other buyers so I know the dealership, this was my best experience yet, Jim and Josh completed the process, first time I brought the cars for cash but they provided details I needed for our CPA.
