My wife and I were impressed by him and later by manager Ed Gordon. So we took a loaner trading in our car on the spot. Next day we picked up our new Prius with the options we wanted. Since there have been technology changes, James Braxton went over the new layout of the cars controls and options for example, navigation, dynamic cruise control and lane change alert. He spent a good bit of time going over these with us emphasizing that it will take more time than this to become really familiar with the car. So he asked us to please call him with any operational questions. He was excellent. Also, Samantha Wheeler answered our questions and was very helpful handling the paperwork involved. More
