Mr. Onrubia is the finance manager that helped me get to a monthly payment that I felt comfortable with. Although I do not have the best credit, he treated me like I was a millionaire, who was spending a lot more money than I actually did. Mr. Onrubia took his time and answered all of my questions, which really put me at ease while making this investment. I really want to thank Keith Harrison, Samantha Wheeler and Rafeal Onrubia for their kindness and professionalism. They made me feel valued during the process. Never at any point did I feel rushed. Our salesman, JC, was recommended. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, starting with the receptionist, to the sales manager and including the service staff, salesman and finance manager. My wife and i were very satisfied with our experience. Our salesman listened to our requirements for a new vehicle and suggested we might consider an additional model. The decision came down to a Prius V Five and a Camry Hybrid XLE. Twelve days late we are very pleased with the Prius V with have enjoyed the first 500 miles.The unexpected purchasing experience was pleasant and we did not feel pressured or "played with". More

On 12/10/12 my wife took our 2009 Matrix to Antwerpen for a routine oil change. Antwerpen's technician checked for other items needing attention. Antwerpen claimed that transmission fluid was leaking from a routine oil change. Antwerpen's technician checked for other items needing attention. Antwerpen claimed that transmission fluid was leaking from the drain plug and that a $109.95 repair was necessary. My wife contacted me about this. I did not have Antwerpen perform this repair since the check engine light was not on and I never observed fluid on the driveway spot where we always park this car. After my wife got home I went to check the transmission fluid level. I discovered that because we have a standard transmission there is no transmission dipstick. However, I looked under the car and did not observe any leak. To assure that I was not mistaken about a leak I took my car to another Toyota mechanic the following day. I asked that they inspect for a transmission fluid drain plug leak. They did and thereafter advised that the transmission fluid drain plug was dry and there was no evidence of a transmission fluid leak!! More
