Ok I was able to find it. Can you please have your husband call me directly and I will get it taken care of for you. My cell is 954.817.4363 To address your concern about Gap insurance that is an issue between the customer and finance and we certainty don't hide things into the payment. We use a menu to sell products and show payments. The customer can choose to purchase or not purchase what they so choose. We present payments with various products and the customer either accepts or declines them it is not something you can just slide and glance over.

Zack Thank you for your quick and responsible reply, however perhaps someone should have a talk with the finance person because that was a major complaint that my sister was adamant about no GAP but it still appeared on the contract. Also My sister spoke with Mr. Bill , he requested a fax copy of my husband license and address information and a brief statement of the purchased item. I faxed over everything and I did receive a confirmation from fax (successful) and I also mailed a copy. It's critical that honest and trust should always be used with every customer. Mr. Bill never mentioned about signing any W-9 papers and to be frank , its not worth the time and travel to sign papers for 200.00 unless they can't be mail, email or faxed please conclude this issue. Again Thank you for your response.

I will speak with him but I can assure you we use a menu based selling system which shows those payments when they are in finance. As I said to your husband I can get it handled for him today and will make sure the check is cut but if you feel the 10 minutes it takes to get it handled is not worth his time I understand. Previous to your review today had you called bill to ask about the status of the referral check? Not an excuse just asking so that I can see where the break down occurre

As my husband is a bit under the weather, He won't be able to come . Please note as well this is not our first time dealing with shady car dealership or sales people, I just had to call it like I see it , I'm very sure that Mr. Bill got all the details and messages. Maybe in the future Mr. Bill and the finance person would practice honesty and bonding policies. Sorry to hear that's what you think but I must disagree. We have been in business since 1976 and always strive to do right by our customers. We are far from shady in our dealings, like I previously mentioned we have all the appropriate disclosures and product presentation in place to avoid this kind of confusion with our customers. We sold your brother in law a great car at a great price at a great interest rate. There are two sides to every story I understand that but I am not going to get into a back and forth, I know thats not what you or I want to do, I just want to clearly state my stance. You review was centered around the fact the bird dog was unpaid. I am offering to pay it on the spot once your husbands stops to fill out the form but now its not worth the bother? I am sorry but that doesn't make sense to me I am trying to rectify your issue. If you would like to email me the info me at zsawyer@goaow.com I can get it processed. He needs to fill out and sign a w-9 and send a legible copy of his Drivers License to my email.

Zack, I'm going to decline the offer, I see that you feel offended but I wasn't speaking of your entire company just the shady people that you employ. I don't deny my brother n law wasn't happy with his truck purchase l. All I ask is that your employees be fair with every customer that enter your doors. I'm more concern about the best and fair customer service. The check you can keep, I just felt the need to be truthful .I certainly don't feel to waste my time going back and forth . it seems you can't accept that things weren't done accordingly and in proper order. Well, hopefully honest customer service can be better for the next customer. its my core principles more than a check for 200.00 . Thank You .

That is your right to do as you please. We always welcome feedback good or bad however we will disagree when we feel appropriate. We have taken every measure to try and assuage your frustrations yet nothing seems to be acceptable to you.. I can accept we cant make everyone happy but I wont accept slanderous words and descriptions about my place of business and my employees.
