A certified mechanic diagnosed over $6,600 in immediate repairs — including critical steering, brake, and suspension issues. These were not minor or age-related problems, but they’re critical safety issues that would have been apparent to anyone who started the car, let alone a dealer who had it for 6 months. We offered an extremely fair resolution and tried to handle the situation directly, but after initially replying, the dealership ghosted us and stopped responding altogether once we provided documentation and asked them to make it right. We have since filed formal complaints, as this is exactly the kind of experience people worry about when buying used cars. We strongly advise caution when dealing with this business, their paperwork says one thing, but the reality was something else entirely.
