I rated this place 3 at best. Could actually go for a 2. I have found this place extremely slow at doing paperwork for registration, license plates & title. I purchased a used car her on 4/21 & as of 5/19 I am still waiting. I have a friend that purchased a vehicle from another dealer at least 1 week after I purchased mine at another dealership & she had all her information done in 3 days. What the xxxx takes this place so long? I have also been charged for 2 items I did not ask for. One is a system called Recover that helps locating your vehicle if stolen. This system is installed when the vehicle is manufactured & as per NJ law they are not allowed to charge for it because it is original. That is $995.00. The 2nd is Anti Theft Etch @ $199.00. I never asked for this to be put on the vehicle. My guess is that it was put there by a previous owner & this place is trying to get paid for it. Or they install it knowing it cannot be removed & people will not notice it in their Bill of Sale as an extra charge. They have also over charged me for my Title. As per the rates set by NJMVC it is $60 for vehicles with no lien & $85 for vehicles with a lien. I have brought this to their attention & have been told it will take days to go over the paperwork. Why? It's an easy fix. The rates are set by NJMVC & I have been overcharged. They owe me $25! That's not hard to figure out. I have no lien. I paid cash with a cashier's check in full. I currently am riding around with 1 license plate & an inspection notice in my front window because they do not have the bracket to put the plate on the front of my vehicle. I'm sure I'm not the only one to need this bracket. Why isn't it kept in stock at the dealership? This place is run with extremely poor customer service & I believe the people that work there are trained to be this way. What they do not understand....word of mouth & customer service are the 2 ways they can be put out of business. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking to buy any vehicle. More

I came in to Apollo with an already prior scheduled trade-in to get a freshly used 2024 Kia Carnival. He managed to cut out the bulk of the hassle of paperwork that conventionally comes with car purchases, so that was real nice. The salesman who took over is Vinny. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, super pleasant, patient and dedicated. He didn't try to "bargain" me for anything else like other salesman do, and even when I asked him about an add-on, he was up front with his opinion and showed no signs of applying pressure. Then he stayed with me for over an hour after the shop closed to make sure I was fully comfortable in my new vehicle before driving home! Made sure to give me his contact info on the way out so he could help me with anything else that would come up even after the sale was over and done with. OK, lets be honest - buying a car is never going to be a pleasant experience. But when you find a dealer that makes it easier, a dealer that makes it more about you than about them, you have to be happy. Ap pleasant experience. I went in with a certain car in mind, one I had seen on their website. Mario worked with me and explained every step in the process. He answered every question in detail and in plain English. He worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted, at a price I wanted, and with no lingering questions about the process. We did have an issue with the car after we got it. It turned out to be a minor problem, but the point is the service. They took care of it right away. They got the car back, diagnosed it, and called me to come pick it up all within ONE DAY! Everyone I dealt with, from the person at the front desk, to Mario, to the service department, was top notch, first class in everything! A great place to go for a car. These people are pros. More
