I have taken my truck to another dealership twice for the same issues and they had it for 5 days the first time and 4 the second time and didn’t fix the issue. I took it to Appel Ford on a Tuesday evening ju same issues and they had it for 5 days the first time and 4 the second time and didn’t fix the issue. I took it to Appel Ford on a Tuesday evening just before closing and it was ready Thursday around 11am. The employees at Appel Ford know what they are doing and fixed the issue quickly!
