I am very disappointed in the service I received. I put my 1999 F 350 in for a complete Brake repair. My ABS light was on and my brake line to the left rear was broken. The tech replaced brake lines brake my 1999 F 350 in for a complete Brake repair. My ABS light was on and my brake line to the left rear was broken. The tech replaced brake lines brake rotors and pads, also replaced pump that I provided. The vehicle was returned with ABS light still on, and brake pedal soft. I am able to stop safely, but just feel a little soft and ABS light still on. I returned this morning and was told the ABS light was probably a sensor and would not have been part of the original complaint. yet post inspection states brakes are all Ok. And they found a leak in the DEGAS bottle, but not ABS light. I still haven't found the leak in the bottle. I chose not to allow them to further do any repairs as i felt if they think the ABS is not part of the brake repair, then I need to find a shop who can diagnose and REPAIR a COMPLETE BRAKE SYSTEM. More

I have taken my truck to another dealership twice for the same issues and they had it for 5 days the first time and 4 the second time and didn’t fix the issue. I took it to Appel Ford on a Tuesday evening ju same issues and they had it for 5 days the first time and 4 the second time and didn’t fix the issue. I took it to Appel Ford on a Tuesday evening just before closing and it was ready Thursday around 11am. The employees at Appel Ford know what they are doing and fixed the issue quickly! I would highly recommend them! More
