I was so impressed with Dave! I gave him a list of things that I needed to have in my car (mileage range, AWD, price, etc.); right away he found the exact car that I wanted in my price range. As a newcomer to Northfield I was uncertain who to contact regarding my interest in purchasing a new Buick Regal. Without hesitation my son and daughter-in-law said call Kevin Ward. His attention was focused totally on what I hoped to find in a new car. He rode with me as I drove a Regal which was on the lot. Had I been unsure before, this confirmed that "Yes! This is the car for me." There was never any pressure to add extras which I felt were unnecessary for my driving needs. When I made the decision to purchase a car he quickly began the search for just the right one. It was brought to Northfield only to discover a large scratch on it. I might not have noticed it before purchase but Kevin would not accept it. So the search was on again. Another car was soon found just what I wanted. It was delivered to me in mint condition. Before I drove it off the lot Kevin spent an hour with me explaining all the dials, buttons, etc on the dashboard. I was always completely at ease with him. The firest thing I said to Dave was I only want to see cars that will give me 40+mpg and Dave took me right to it. I had just come from Harry Browns in Faribault and he match and out did thier offer with information that Harry Browns did not offer. The next day I went back to Browns to give them one more chance to do better. Dave was very patient with me and won me over, I never really felt pressured by Dave Paridise, he was very upfront with me.
