Mike knows what the term customer service means - he is freiendly and really cares about every customer - whenever I bring my car in for service, Mike always explains to me what needs to be done and why in freiendly and really cares about every customer - whenever I bring my car in for service, Mike always explains to me what needs to be done and why in terms that I as a consumer and woman an able to understand - I am always on a limited budget which Mike is aware of so if I need repairs or service, Mike makes recommendations in a prioritized manner so I repair the most cruial items first - whenever I call, Mike always has a smile in his voice, he knows who I am and is always willing to work around my schedule - if I need to leave my vehicle overnight, Mike will arrange for a loaner vehicle for me - whenever I have had repairs or service, I leave confident the work has been done correctly and as economicaly as possible - I never fell ripped off or over charged or that I had work done that wasn't really necessary - Mike is as honest as they come - if you are looking for great service for your vehicle at an affordable price - Mike is your guy - Mike stands behind the work that is done and has alot of integrity - you won't get better customer service anywhere! I found a vehicle I was interested in at the Apple Group location in Shakopee online. It's a bit of a drive but wanted to drive it. I was referred to Caleb from a friend and was given his number. I contacted Caleb and asked if this vehicle could be transferred from the Shakopee dealership to Northfield which was much closer. Within 4 hours I was notified by Caleb that the vehicle was on site for me to check out. When I stopped in later that day I was put in contact with Dufffy by Caleb and we took the truck for a test drive. Long story short I walked away with it. Duffy was extremely friendly and I felt comfortable through the whole process. I dealt with more people here in a much shorter time period but everybody was friendly. Sitting down to finance with Michael (I am pretty sure that was his name) was painless, he offered me the warranties and other options, but never tried to pressure me inter any of the things I didn't want. I would definitely buy from this location again. More

When we finally decided which car to go with, Dave knew everything about that car. He gave me tons of information about the engine, how hard/easy the car would be to work on, what parts typically go out on that car,etc. It was like talking to click and clack!
