I had a good time coming in to get my car. The staff members treated me very nicely and our car sales guy was very great with us so was the finance manager. He end up speaking Spanish aswell. Found this dealership 7 years ago. Ordered a van with relative ease and got a good/fair offer on my trade in at the time. My experience was so good when it came time to get my next va Ordered a van with relative ease and got a good/fair offer on my trade in at the time. My experience was so good when it came time to get my next van I came back. Unfortunately the salesman I used retired so had to use another. To my chagrin, I had a new salesman in a new building with an entirely new feel. To be clear, the new salesman was very friendly, my biggest problem was he never kept me informed on my order. I started to call once a months in the beginning to see if there was any updates but he never seemed to remember me. After 5 months one of our conversations left me with the impression that “my van might not even be made”(due to supply chain issues) so I stopped calling. Out of the blue After 4 more months I got a call my truck was in. I was told I had a week to sell my truck as they didn’t want to wait too long to complete the transaction. Because of this short window I was suddenly presented with, I felt a week to sell my van might be impossible so I asked Apple Valley if they could look at my vehicle for a possible trade The trade offer on my truck was so bad that I had to go to a competitor of Apple Valley and sell it outright for 6k more than they offered me. If I had used this dealership to buy my vehicle it would have been more. When I told the competitor of the offer from Apple Valley they shook their head and said Apple Valley would have been better off just telling me they didn’t want it. Needless to say I did get the van I wanted but am very disappointed with the fact I felt like they tried to fleece me. More
