Just one of the many examples is I had bought a used Ford Escape and they forgot to put the oil cap on. I drove back because the car was smoking because the oil had spilled out onto the engine. Mark had the service team steam clean the engine, refilled my gas and gave me a $50 Target gift card to go across the street while I waited for the inconvenience. Even though someone made a mistake Mark and everyone went above and beyond. 3. Mark is responsive and available. Not once in the 20+ years has he said, no that time won't work for you to come in. He always makes time. 4. When working with Mark I always feel that we are his only customer and the most important client - even though I know he has multiple customers and repeat clients. When we retire and move out of state I will fly back to MN for any car purchases because of our positive history with Mark and AV Ford. I bought my 2021 Ford Edge in December 2021. . It had a touch screen where it would go blank. They did nothing for almost a year til I finally got on them to get something done. Twice they cal . Twice they called me and said the car was repaired which it wasn't so we had to wait around over an hour each time while they got us a new loaner vehicle. Finally they had to call in a specialist from Dearborn Michigan to resolve the matter. In all fairness I worked with Jake Tetrick and Jake was good but the rest of the service department obviously had their wires crossed. It took 13 months to resolve this problem which is pathetic.
