Love this place for service! When parts were ready for a recall on my Escape, I was offered the choice of leaving the car all day, leaving the car overnight, OR using the Apple When parts were ready for a recall on my Escape, I was offered the choice of leaving the car all day, leaving the car overnight, OR using the Apple Ford mobile unit. This is so cool. They came to my house at appointed time and fixed the problem right in my garage. Wah was friendly, courteous, and had the fix completed within 20 minutes. Lindsay was great at explaining how the service worked, making my appointment, follow up and providing needed paperwork to document the fix. I certainly understand that some repairs require a trip to the dealership, but what a great service to offer where it is applicable. Absolutely no work on my part. More

David at the Ford Apple Valley Dealership was AMAZING! ! Took two people who seemed like they sized me up before even talking to me to then have david come out and greet me with a great attitude!
