Don't let this fool you, they are hiding what I feel are some pretty shady practices. My sale went great and everything went smoothly but upon returning months later I realized they are not the people I thought they were. I had Ford tow my vehicle to the dealership (using Ford's tow coverage) to find a cylinder had lost all compression. The dealership notified me that they wanted 600 dollars before even looking at it. Keep in mind this is a brand new vehicle with less than 10k miles and the engine has failed. After I denied the verbal contract and requested my vehicle be returned to me, the general manager told me he can't do anything to help me and that I should come pick up the unsafe vehicle and drive it home at my own risk. I've never met a manager who wanted to put their customers safety on the line. There are many ways he could have worked with me to make things right but it sounded like he didn't want to take any effort at all to keep a customer. There were multiple shady-sounding clauses in the paperwork they had me sign, and I feel the general manager may have added these himself in hopes I never come back. They wanted no part in helping their customer who had recently bought a brand new vehicle from them, and the fact that they personally appended some shady clauses hidden in the middle of standard paperwork verbiage in the hopes the customer doesn't see it is a good representation of how far a dealership will go once they have your money. Throughout the process, I felt that multiple employees were downright rude and the general manager wanted no part in keeping a brand new customer. More

Slow, Slow, Slow and Low On Trade In I went in looking to test drive one car and get pricing on my trade in. It took over 90 minutes. The dealership where I ultimately bought gave me over 10% more for my trade in and it took only 30 minutes to test drive and get the trade in price. They took out my trade in while I was out for the test drive and had a number when I got back. At AV Ford it took longer to get the test drive going and they waited until I got back to take me out in my trade in, then I still sat around waiting for the number after that. Nothing I hate more than my time being wasted to find out the deal is WAY off. More

There's Ford dealerships that we drive by on our way to Apple Valley Ford. Why? I've stopped at a few of them previously and found Apple Valley to be superior. Best trade in prices, largest inventory of vehicles to pick from, even with some days being busier than others we continuously get good service there. This time we purchased a 2015 White Ford F150 Supercrew - very happy with it! More

First of all I'm a middle age female and the thought of buying a car at a dealership, facing the salespeople and "haggling" up and down for hours was First of all I'm a middle age female and the thought of buying a car at a dealership, facing the salespeople and "haggling" up and down for hours was daunting. My first encounter on the lot was salesman Josh Landru, I could tell right away I was going to be ok and this wouldn't be a nightmare! Josh was attentive, helpful, informative, courteous and most importantly laid back with a wonderful sense of humor. He didn't try to sell me more car than I wanted to pay for. I test drove a couple cars with him to get a feel for what I wanted and he allowed me to choose without any pressure. He listened to me, offered his opinion when asked and genuinely wanted to get me the car I wanted- not the car the dealership may have wanted me to buy! He thoroughly explained the features of my new car and made me feel comfortable that if I have questions to come back or call. Josh's very easy going manner and sense of humor makes buying a car, traditionally thought of as unpleasant negotiation more like a visit with a friend! The gentlemen that accepted my trade-in was awesome and so friendly. Joe Daniels the business manager who sat with me and discussed finance options and such was just great! He was honest and explained everything to me very clearly. Dan listened to my wishes and I didn't feel any pressure from him to purchase more than I was comfortable. All in all I would always recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Their staff are friendly, have great senses of humor and really want to help you find the vehicle you want. Lastly, General Mgr. Brian McCulley came to ensure I had received the attention and service I deserved and especially that I loved my new car. He assured me they were there for any questions I may have as I get to know my new Fusion. Apple Valley Ford Lincoln you're the best! More

I was searching online for a car with a low mileage and at a great price and I saw one of their postings on CarGurus. I contacted them and they gt back to right away. The sales person, Nancy, was so helpful, very nice. She made sure that the car was there for me because I traveled a long way to test drive the vehicle and of course, buy it.
