I brought the car in for a 30,000 mile oil change. I was told I also needed to change the coolant and clean the fuel injector for an additional $400. The Ford maintenance manual recommends the first coolant change at 150,000 miles and does not even mention the fuel injector cleaning. I do not trust them and will not return for service nor buy another vehicle from them. More

The overall experience was very enjoyable and made buying a vehicle a wonderful experience. We love the lowest price pricing policy of Apple - no need to hassle over the price. Tyler did all kinds of research for us and looked for the color we would have preferred. We may not have our first choice in color, but we are very happy with the vehicle and the service Tyler provided. We will recommend Tyler to anyone in the market for a Lincoln purchase!! We are carrying his calling card in our new MKT and our MXZ hybrid. Our hybrid was purchased from another dealer who also provided good service. However, our experience at Apple was outstanding and have found a new home to purchase future vehicles. Tyler worked with Chris for the 0% financing and the mobility assistance program. They worked very well together. I would highly recommend you contact Tyler Carter if you are in the market for a new Lincoln vehicle!! More

The experience was awesome and I really appreciated the way I was treated then. My husband dropped off this same (my) car for repairs at the dealership's service center and was sent home in a loaner which happened to be a 2014 Ford Escape. As an aside, my husband was previously employed by this dealership and (we both) knew a number of people still working there. My husband originally suggested that I consider a new vehicle and trading this car in due to the potential cost for repair. I am not a car buyer (hate the lengthy process) and like to hold onto my vehicles plus we have 2 new drivers in the family and need a third car for the kids. So I told him that we just need to repair it and maintain my original plan to consider a new/used(?) car later this summer. Might I add that I had a completely different car in mind through a different manufacturer. Well, Andrea Holtan sent my husband home in the right loaner. The next day I drove the vehicle to work and fell in love with it. I asked Andrea if she could find me a different color with all of the extras plus Navigation for the Titanium model. I also told her that I may consider a deal if she could shorten my buying cycle. She recommended I go online to complete a loan application, which I did. Got a call immediately from Bridget who told me everything was being processed. By that same afternoon, Andrea was able to locate the exact vehicle (which was just delivered to the lot) that I was looking for, had my approval with the right monthly lease payment, and took my order for WeatherTech mats. She took a picture of my car and texted it to me after it was cleaned. By the time I reached the dealership after work (early evening), I signed a few papers with the Leasing Manager, Susan Dailey, was walked over to Service where I paid for my existing vehicle, walked to my new vehicle where Andrea gave me a brief run-down of the features and set up my iPhone through the Bluetooth program, and allowed me to drive away with the most extraordinary car buying experience I have ever had. Got the car I asked for and an expedited buying cycle! I can't say enough about the people I worked with from start to finish. What a brilliant strategy and extraordinary service for someone who not only did not intend to purchase a new vehicle but also is very adverse to the process. We will likely be executing another lease again soon for my daughter who will be graduating from college in May. I am a big believer in not only working with people I like, but people I trust. Getting the right product at the right price with phenomenal service is the icing on the cake. THANK YOU ANDREA, SUSAN, AND APPLE VALLEY FORD!!!! :) More

What came next was a month of re-occurring breakdowns, costly repairs and lack of understanding or caring for their continuous mess ups. Unfortunately, my truck ended up in a ditch a couple of weeks ago. Again, when Ford had an opportunity to repair my vehicle, I was told of repairs that were going to be needed far from the focus areas at hand. Surprise, surprise, less than a week later my vehicle carrying my wife and children breaks down. What's worse is it breaks down in the area that they should have repaired. Now, here we go again, I am going to have to get into a defensive argument with their service tech and manager to have them take ownership for their misses. I am looking to purchase two new vehicles in the next year. There are two things that will be certain. 1) I will not buy anything from Apple Valley Ford. 2) I will not buy a Ford manufactured vehicle again. Service tech didn't care about my situation. Service Manager didn't care about my situation. Keep charging and ensure the client knows its their fault. Great motto! More
This was honestly the best car buying experience ever. As a woman I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of. The three gentlemen that I worked with were friendly, honest, and not one bit pushy. The a woman I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of. The three gentlemen that I worked with were friendly, honest, and not one bit pushy. They gave me a good price for my trade in and a great price for my new Lincoln MKX. I will always go back to this dealership and tell all of my friends to do the same. Thanks Brett, Joe, and Chris More
The experience from start was poor when calling for information on truck sales person couldn't give it and would get right back after checking on it for me a hr or so later I get a guy that couldn't an information on truck sales person couldn't give it and would get right back after checking on it for me a hr or so later I get a guy that couldn't answer any questions and couldn't hardly speak English. I told him have the first guy call me back so he could understand me in English. The Gentle man did I thank him told him I would get right back to him. I called back telling him I was having trouble with on line app. Please take everything down and run app and told him if approved for this the truck must have passed a dot inspection. The gentle man took info later called said finance won't take unless done on line or there to sign got done on line was approved right away. Finance guy said he would email me all info loan company and info on loan asked when I would be down this was new years eve I said tomorrow if open or next day he said they would be open. Called New yrs day got no answer left message for Bret. No return call, No Email. Went down today with money to purchase truck ready to sign papers. The truck was not dot inspected like told Bret on phone must be done for me to purchase. After driving 4hrs one way for truck after test driving told them inspect truck so sure it will pass and being truck only have 1 set keys it needs another set when that's done today we will sign paper work and pay down payment we were told No flat out No you sign papers then we will inspect truck and make keys for an additional charge. Now if they would not of inspected the truck I should of been told that over phone before driving down and before starting loan process I have never bought an auto with out 2 sets of keys. And really and inspection is what 65.00 and can have key made at walmart 40.00 so 105.00 and truck off lot and sold. The sales man couldn't answer any questions or comment on anything with out running to someone else that took a lot of time. 8Hrs of driving all the time doing the loan processed wasted. Would of never did any of it if sales man would of said no we will not do an inspection on the truck to sell it as he was told the only way we would make a purchase if it would pass the inspection. I fig. tax plates ect this is about a 30,000.00 dollar sale loss. I Guess Apple Valley Ford don't need sales or care if customer get a good experience wouldn't recommend them even for window shopping. So my hunt for a truck begins. More
My Ford Explorer was due for new tires and I was in Apple Valley for Thanksgiving weekend so we stopped at Apple Ford. I live in Minneapolis and typically go to a Ford dealer in the north metro so we thought Valley for Thanksgiving weekend so we stopped at Apple Ford. I live in Minneapolis and typically go to a Ford dealer in the north metro so we thought we would just check and see what tires Apple Ford had available and purchase from the dealer up north or another tire shop. We were so impressed with the quoting process, checking comparable pricing, and friendliness of the staff providing a courtesy ride within 5 min that we decided to purchase the tires on spot instead of waiting. I got a call with two options on color of tire lettering (that would add $100 to go with white lettering) so I was glad that I received a call to confirm my selection. The tires even came in less than the quote. I told a few people about my experience and they couldn't believe I got that great of service and thoroughness from a dealer. I would definitely recommend Apple Ford and already have. Great job Matt Reutter on your customer service, very impressed with the process and actually making purchasing tires an enjoyable experience! More
I traded in my old car for a new one and really appreciated that I wasn't low-balled for the trade-in. I got what the car is worth and I didn't have to argue. Then, I was offered the best deal on a 2014 model--better than the sticker price! I just couldn't pass the opportunity up. Everyone was so friendly and excited for me, and my saleswoman went so far as to have certain parts of the interior touched up before I drove off with it. She insisted that it needed to be just perfect! More
