While searching for a used car for our son, Apple Valley happened to be our first stop. We had planned many dealer visits. What we usually view as a tedious experience, looking for a car, turned out to be an exceptionally good one with Don Dahler. While we did search other dealerships, we came back to Apple Valley. Don helped us find the best possible car for our son. He was exceptional to work with and a pleasure to meet as well. We have no doubt, when in the market for a car again, we would come back to Apple Valley Ford and look for Don Dahler. I would recommend Don to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
I was very happy with the service we received from our salesman, Steve Hunt. We purchased a new Ford Fusion and believe we got a good deal. We had intially been looking at used cars but we were shown a new car and the price difference was small. Steve was very helpful and patient in showing us different options. I am disappointed in the customer service - we purchased a chempack (rust protector, etc). When we purchased the car on Saturday, we were told that they would call on Monday to set up an appointment because Apple Valley Ford does not do the chempack work. Monday, no call. Tuesday, no call. On Wednesday, we called and after being transferred several times we got it straightened out. We were told that they had called us Monday and left a message. We did not receive a message so I checked the paperwork, the second phone number listed on the We Owe sheet was for my husband's boss. I'm guessing that was the number called. I'm upset because the phone message clearly states a different name then on any of the paperwork and that was the second phone number listed. The first number listed on the paperwork was our home phone and we did not receive a call. I was also a little surprised that there was no follow-up to check to ensure that we had received the promised chempack. More
My husband is disabled, and on two occasions Wes brought new cars to our home for us to inspect and test drive. We negotiated prices and options over the phone. In addition, I would like to compliment the manager on duty today, John Callahan. We mistakenly thought we qualified for the military discount since my husband is retired military with a high disability rating, but in the fine print, Ford was only offering the $500 to those still on active duty or separated in the last six months. John decided that Apple Valley Ford would offer the same incentive, and both Wes and John thanked my husband for his service. We finalized the paperwork today and are vey pleased with our new 2013 Explorer and its special features, including a power tailgate (very valuable for someone disabled). More

I bought a used car from Apple Valley Ford. I was several days over the 30 day repair period and Apple Valley Ford service department apologized but said I was on my own. I wasn't looking for free work, but I was looking for some answers, which was "I'm sorry, you're past the 30 day period" The salesman was fine and tried to help but your service department sucks and I'm going to tell everyone I know about it. I will not be spending any money on a vehicle from Apple Valley Ford again. More

He also listened to what I wanted and made sure that I had EXACTLY what I was looking for. He was one of the most professional sales people that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I used to fund auto loans and am well aware of all of the games that dishonest dealers can play with the numbers. Very prompt delivery of the Edge! Much faster then I had expected! Even when I had some needs/questions after the delivery of the Edge, Matt was available and very willing to help me resolve what I was in need of! Thank you for meeting my needs and finding me exactly what I was looking for! On a side note the only thing I was disappointed about was the residual smell left in the vehicle (the previous owner was a smoker). I have been working to get rid of the smell and after a few attempts it is finally getting better(a month later). Would think when the dealership takes in a vehicle with this scent there would be something that could be done to get rid of it! More

While we only chose 2 models to actually test drive, the 2013 Ford Fiesta was our overwhelming favorite among all the automobiles that we researched. We were thrilled with our test drive experience. Mr. Michael Wicker, your sales representative, took great care of us. He ensured that we understood all of the options available for financing, equipment, and warranty. Once we decided that the Fiesta was for us, Mike (and Jean from the Finance Dept) processed our paperwork seamlessly, and we took delivery of our new car the very next day.
